We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to manage client communications, order coordination, and service inquiries. This role serves as a key point of contact between customers and internal production teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication
Respond to inbound calls, emails, and inquiries
Provide order status updates and production timelines
Address customer questions regarding products, pricing, and specifications
Order Processing & Coordination
Enter and manage customer orders accurately
Coordinate with operations and production teams to confirm specifications
Track custom fabrication projects and ensure on-time delivery
Issue Resolution
Resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and billing concerns
Escalate complex technical matters to appropriate departments
Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions
Administrative Support
Maintain CRM or internal tracking systems
Prepare quotes and assist with basic sales support
Support follow-up communication for outstanding payments (when applicable)

Qualifications
1–3 years of customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
